Marco Polo focuses his practice in the Corporate area, with extensive experience in Consumer, Technology and Construction companies, being his main functions drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of all kinds, minutes of assembly, advice and procedures before the Instituto Nacional de Migración [National Institute of Migration] (INM), Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor [Federal Consumer Attorney's Office] (PROFECO), Secretaria de Gobernación [Secretary of the Interior] (SEGOB), Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios [Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks] (COFEPRIS), Dirección General de Normas [General Directorate of Standards] (DGN), Consejo Regulador del Tequila [Tequila Regulatory Council] (CRT), Consejo Regulador del Mezcal [Mezcal Regulatory Council] (CRM), etc.
Likewise, he supports our clients in the review, advice and procedures to comply with the Official Mexican Standards (NOM's) and the Mexican Standards (NMX´s).
