Practice Areas:

Karina focuses her practice on filing applications for trademarks, slogans and trade names; analysis and report of trademark files, application for registration of trademark rights transfer; answering official requirements, priorities and legal impediments issued by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI).
Also, due to her knowledge in trademarks, she advises and coordinates the defense of its clients' trademark rights, as well as the opposition of these rights to third parties.
