Mr. Saucedo serves from independent inventors to large corporations. At national level, he speaks with the inventor to determine the field, type of invention and its real possibilities of protection. He is in charge of coordinating the entire search for prior art and the writing of the description and claims chapters, and advises and makes pertinent suggestions to the inventor to make changes or modifications allowing him to achieve a full protection of his invention.
He enjoys meet the examiners of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property to discuss formal and substantive requirements that may arise during the applications processing, and that’s why he coordinates all the process of filing and processing applications in his field.
His knowledge in Chemical Engineering has enabled him to specialize in serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical industries. However, his vast expertise has enabled him to serve clients from all industrial sectors.
